Good experience, we got to the back quickly and the dentist was thorough. The only thing that held me back from 5 stars was I felt a bit rushed to get us out of there. The dentist was thorough in his explanations, however, he seemed a bit rushed. What I was told sounded a bit scripted, and it was so much info so fast that I personally had a bit of information overload. I felt like I didn’t really have time to process much of anything he was saying to ask the questions I wanted to ask, especially as a brand new patient. However, this is my personal opinion and might not matter to others. Other than that, good experience overall and will continue to go back here for the foreseeable future.

We really wanted to love this office because we genuinely liked the doctor and were hoping we had finally found our “forever dental home” for our family. Unfortunately, our experience with the billing and insurance side has been extremely disappointing. At no point were we clearly told that this office was out of network with our insurance. Instead, we kept hearing phrases like, “Your insurance policy doesn’t have an assignment of benefits,” which essentially means they are out of network. That was never plainly explained to us upfront. To date they still have not informed me of not being “in network” with their office I had to contact my insurance company to find out that we are not in network with them. As a mom with multiple kids, dental expenses add up quickly. By coming here, we used almost all of our annual dental maximum just on routine cleanings. These cleanings would have been covered at 100% in-network, but instead were processed at 50% and 80% because the office is out of network. That’s a huge financial difference for a family. The language used by the office can make it seem like they are working within your insurance network, but that has not been our experience. Transparency matters, especially when families are making healthcare decisions based on coverage. There are many dental offices in this area, and I would strongly encourage other families to verify network status very clearly before scheduling. Unfortunately, dealing with this office has been stressful and financially frustrating for us. It has not been worth it for us, and I would recommend if you are a mom you take your family somewhere else.

I have a 7yr old daughter that has absolutely no fear of going to the dentist. Shes had a couple cavities and a couple fillings this year and we just went back to have 2 teeth extracted and shes still all full of smiles afterwards. An hour drive is well worth it to keep your child happy and fear-free of a dentist. Our 7 year old had a tooth knocked out...luckily it was a baby tooth but it wasn't at all loose yet so there was a lot of pain and bleeding. The pediatric dentist we had been seeing had closed his doors so we didn't know where to go for treatment. We found Dr. Phan's website and saw that his reviews were 5 star. I called them and they got us in quickly. Everyone there from the front desk to the dental assistants to the doctor himself were great! They made sure our son's injury wasn't serious enough for further measures and were super sweet to him during the whole visit. He’s personable, calm, and has a natural way of connecting with children. My little one went from being anxious to actually excited about coming to the dentist! The office itself is thoughtfully designed with kids in mind—intimate and cozy without feeling crowded. The waiting room has iPads to keep kids entertained, and there’s even a drawer full of toys for them to choose from after their visit. Inside the treatment rooms, TVs are mounted on the ceilings so kids can watch their favorite shows while getting dental work done—such a brilliant touch! Plus, the rooms are secluded for added comfort and privacy, and everything is spotless. We also opted into their in-house dental package instead of using traditional dental insurance, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made—affordable, transparent, and comprehensive. Highly, highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for a top-tier pediatric dental experience!

So happy to have found a kind & caring dental office for my child who needs extra encouragement & attention calming her nerves. For the exam, the team worked together to put my kid at ease & on the ceiling a TV plays cartoons to help distract. Everything in the office was colorful & super clean too. Dr Phan and his team were great. The staff is friendly and seems like they truly enjoy their jobs, the office was very clean and they had great music playing. My 2 kids were nervous but Dr Phan and Marian were great at calming them down and making the cleaning and x-rays enjoyable. Dr Phan is very informative and gave great insight on recommendations without being pushy. This whole place is a vibe and my kids are already asking for their next appointment. We will for sure be back.

Dr. Phan’s office is awesome! The staff is really nice and made me feel comfortable. The waiting room has cool stuff to do, so I wasn’t bored. Dr. Phan is super chill and explained everything so I didn’t feel nervous. The whole visit was quick and easy, and I even got a cool prize at the end. I’m not worried about going back, and I’d totally recommend Dr. Phan if you need a dentist!
