I have had a dental implant done by Dr. Factor. He was extremely gentle and caring and did a great job. I had almost zero pain after the procedures, needing only 1 dose of Tylenol. His office staff are very friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience for someone who has fairly significant dental phobia.

I have been with this dental care for over twenty years and they are excellent and fortunately saved what was left of my teeth destroyed by radiation.

Everyone in the office is always friendly as well as professional. When I originally came five years ago, I needed some grafting for the teeth/roots. I followed their directions and healed completely (though I don't recommend the experience for a good time!). Each visit, I am given a clean bill of health. I do not dread periodontal appointments like other people.

Its always a great experience! The "confirm your appointment email sends. redundant requests to confirm even after confirming which is annoying.

Dr. Factor and his staff are exemplary professionals. I've had major procedures done there with years of continuing care and I can recommend them highly. I feel that I get the best possible care there!

I would highly recommend Dr. Factor to anyone with periodontal problems. Periodontal disease is no fun. For reasons unknown my long-term dentist never told me to see a periodontist until my gums were pretty bad. The first peri I visited, who shall remain nameless, said I needed to have 8 teeth pulled. I just about had a heart attack. The guy was harsh and negative. Dr. Factor was the opposite. He has great “bedside manner” and he and his staff are warm and caring. Dr. Factor was able to save five of the teeth the other guy wanted to pull. After major treatment I got my implants and feel that I will be able to keep the rest of my teeth where they belong for the duration. I continue to see Dr. Factor for cleanings as I trust him and his staff to provide great care.

If you are looking for a periodontist specialist for implants Dr. Factor is who I went with receiving impeccable procedures including surgery to remove two broken teeth, jawbone reconstruction and two implants. All this was completed by the upmost professionalism and gentle care. Furthermore Dr. Factor really cares about his patients, is fair, and a downright really good man. Highly recommended!

I had bone loss in three places that required osseous surgery and bone grafts. Dr. Factor did all three in one day with my approval. I am writing this review 5 days out from the surgery. I had all the confidence in the world in Dr. Factor, and he came through with complete success. I've taken four pain pills in the first two days and haven't since. I iced both sides of my mouth for two days and had little swelling. Dr. Factor is a great periodontist and dental surgeon! His staff is professional and courteous.

Dr Jeremy did a very difficult surgery on September 28,2023 of removing 4 bottom teeth including 2 implants. His excellent surgery was successful. I had no bleeding after surgery and normal swelling . The surgery took 3 hours. On October5 ,2023 , my first after surgery appointment Dr Factor removed stitches that had not come out themselves..He checked the surgery areas and everything was very good. My next appointment is in 5 weeks and dental program is proceeding as planned. Dr Factor is a very caring, understanding and excellent periodontist. I plan for Dr Factor to care for my teeth the rest of my life. The office called the day after my surgery to check how I was feeling. I had no pain and continued to ice my face as advised and soft food diet generally smoothies.. Office staff at front desk was welcoming and through. "Nikki" dental assistant with Dr. Factor gave me all the pertinent information and treatment plan. Dr. Jeremy again repeated the plan and follow up treatment. My first Implant, wow! I expected pain, and more pain. I was wrong. Pinch, pull, a little like tough of war. Pushing and pulling NO Pain not at all. I expected a tough time, there was none. 40 minutes and I was done. So pleased and total time in office was under one hour. Mahalo Nui

Abigail is a great hygienist, thorough, professional, friendly. She does a great job of keeping my teeth and gums clean and checking on my gums health. Dr. Factor really cares about the quality of his work and cares about the oral health of his patients. He is really good at what he does, communicates well, is very honest, and takes good care. He really wants things done right, and to come out right. Even a few years after the gum surgery he did for me, I continue to go back to Dr. Factor and his staff for perio-cleanings and check ups because once I find quality, I like to stick with it, and I know I'm in good hands there.

I've been a patient for many years, primarily for perio-maintenance cleaning every 3-6 months. Everyone is friendly, my teeth always feel amazing after my appointments and I love how personable Dr. Factor is. I highly recommend you entrust him and his staff with your oral care!

I became a patient of Dr. Factor years ago when I needed gum surgery. It was going to be a very expensive proposition. I asked my insurance for a second opinion and was sent to Dr. Factor. He did an absolutely awesome job on my issues and for much less than I was originally quoted by another dentist. Now I have come back for a recheck. I will be sticking with Dr. Factor for ongoing maintenance. He is the top of the line. Not just highest quality work, but also caring and ready to answer any questions.

I was referred to Dr. Factor to see if a molar could be saved. I had a deep pocket and some bone loss. I had been told by another dentist that the tooth would probably have to come out & be replaced with an implant to the tune of about $4000+. Dr. Factor cleaned out the pocket & did a bone graft which saved my tooth at about 1/3 the cost. Dr. Factor is very professional and careful in his work. Needless to say I'm very happy with the results.

Dr. factor is not only an extremely qualified dentist and Periodontist he is also a great individual. He seems to actually care about the welfare of his patients and will give you straight answers and plan out your best options. I'll often tell people he's the only dentist I actually enjoy going to visit.
