Just returned from my third visit. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptional. I had a full mouth extraction done on December 31st. The dentist was so nice and showed genuine care with making sure it went as smoothly and painlessly as possible. Yara is so sweet. My first visit, she was very upfront and helpful with the pricing. After my extractions, she was so thoughtful and checked on me even though it was over the weekend and a holiday weekend at that. She was very patient while I sent her texts and pictures that she then relayed to the doctor. Today was no different, excellent service and care again. I go back in two weeks for another check up. I can't recommend this place enough.

Miss Yara was very helpful, and kind, and provided me with all the details I needed about my visit, as well as all the payment options and info on care credit. Doctor Iftikhar was also very kind and helpful and I highly appreciated his conservative approach to dentistry! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to see them again!

I had extensive dental work done here, over the course of 4 or 5 visits. Everyone in the office is amazing - so kind and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend this practice for anyone nervous about seeing the dentist. EDIT: After over a year working with this office, I will reiterate that my in-office experience has been exemplary, and I have no qualms with the quality of the work done. However, I can't help but feel taken advantage of, as they continued to recommend extensive work they knew I could not afford - and a second opinion from another dentist has yielded a treatment plan to fix all the same issues at about 10% of the estimated cost.

My experience was amazing crazy I know at a dentist appt lol. I was a walk in for emergency care and a new patient and the wait wasn't long. Had my first visit today (8/23/2024). They were extremely courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. I didn't have a long wait after completing my first time visit paperwork (which was on a tablet). Then I got my X-rays done( which is always uncomfortable) but the dental assistant ran through them quickly because of how uncomfortable it was. My dentist came in and went over my X-rays and the cleaning. He was gentle on me teeth, addressed concerns I had and confirmed that my crown wasn't an issue. The cleaning and fluoride polish was also quick. Then the front desk lady came in and reviewed my treatment plan including amounts due that day and scheduled my next visit (I always get cavities). She even recommended a treatment that I hadn't been aware to help prevent some cavities. Then I left with my toothbrush, toothpaste and floss! I love dental freebies! I really liked how comfortable I felt, how accommodating and transparent they were about treatment and costs and considered my opinion. An outstanding visit! I'm only sorry I didn't get everyone's names. Thank you Smile4ever!

From first contact to coming in - AWESOME experience. Yara was courteous/professional on the phone, collecting my information and later communicating that insurance info wasn’t active - she was spot on the whole time. Probably spent a total of 5 minutes on the phone from scheduling to updating my info. Got an online form for me to submit my demographic information and streamline the onboarding process - which I personally value because it saves you 15-20 minutes at the office. Came in and my dental assistant, Ruby, made me feel welcomed and valued as a client. She was warm and very thorough at explaining what was going to happen next. I believe she may be exceeding expectations as far as what her role is. Dr. Hussein did my cleaning and filled a cavity for me and was great to chat and work with too. Glad to have established a relationship with everybody. Thank you, fam! TIL next time.

I’m very satisfied with their service. Cleaning was quick and painless. They did a detailed exam of my mouth and gave me several tips to improve my gum’s health, because I was not able to do any advanced treatment at the moment. Was looking for a new dentist as mine retired. First and second visit have been excellent. Went in for a deep clean after COVID shut down. Was impressed with the up to the minute X-ray technology. Although this type of cleaning is always uncomfortable, I was numbed to eliminate any discomfort or pain. They did a very thorough service. No surprise costs, no waiting, nice clean clinic. Will go back.

After 3 visits in four months...I asked them today to take me off their patient list. After my first visit I was given a treatment plan to get a couple of new crowns and fill cavities. Came back for my next cleaning in three months, and without a new exam or Xray's, I was told that I need implants but not told what had changed. They didn't know either since they didn't examine my mouth again. I got the feeling that Dr. Tran was just in a bad mood that day...and when I asked the office manager about it, she said to ignore him...he has no social skills. He is one of those guys that seems to carry around with them past hurt that they keep just below the surface (and express it as anger). When I came back today and was assigned a third dentist, I was told that I would need a new treatment plan...the old xrays were not valid because the bacteria in my teeth kept them from doing a correct snapshot/diagnosis. When I asked why, knowing that I have bacteria (they had to see it), wouldn't it make more sense to do the xray after doing the cleaning? Of course, the third treatment plan was much more expensive (but at the same time saying my regimen of flossing, brushing, and water picking twice a day would prevent any more issues). That is a another contradiction. Overall, I don't know if is greed (it was pretty empty in there) and we have all known greedy dentists.... or they just don't care about what they say from one month to the next (like some politicians lol). It is frustrating that there are so many people like this...professionals acting unprofessional. Dr Tran...get some help...your issues can be fixed!

Floss dental has been amazing. I have been embarrassed about my smile. The staff and doctors make you feel very comfortable and not embarrassed. Dr. Tran did my long oral surgery and the follow up the next day. He has been amazing and always made me feel comfortable. Letica at the front desk has been very helpful though the payment and scheduling process. She always ensures that I have my follow up appointments scheduled. She also helped me with the FMLA paperwork. I am thankful for the staff and doctors at Floss Dental.

I normally don’t like leave reviews but I had to leave a review about the wonderful staff at Floss Dental - West Houston. Logan did a super job on my teeth whitening service. I was a little worried prior to getting the service (I know teeth whitening can be harsh on your gums), but Logan took good care of me. The teeth whitening was a great experience and I’m proud to show off my pearly whites!

Long story short, I work full time and had to set my appointment on a cancellation notice. We'll the patient cancelled and I was able to get my implant procedure! I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I prefaced my appointment double checking that they could do it in house despite my impacted teeth and was reassured that they could. I sent them my x-rays from another appointment a week prior to the appointment. I would like to first say when it comes to dentist visits its been hard for me to trust most dental places but I was referred here by Alouna Bailey and my experience was great. A lot of times when I go in it feels like a car salesman trying to up sale me everything but not here. I was greeted with friendly smiles. I addressed my problems and they examined my teeth. They did not try to pressure me into doing more and was straight to the point. My dentist Mr. Patel was very professional and very good with customers. Thanks for a great experience during my visit.
