Hands down the best dental office I've been to. They have amazing caring office staff that are very tentative to your needs and actual put the patients first. Dr. Rahgozer has amazing bed side manner and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Best of all after having 2 crowns and multiple cavities, I thought I'd be in major pain but was totally fine the next day. Easily the best dentist and dental office in Houston!

Please stay away! I went here for a cleaning and they charged me for it when they did the x rays they told me i needed a root canal and that I only had 2 options which were extraction or the root canal. After I told them that I was going to come back later for the treatment they refuse to do my cleaning which I had paid for. Very unprofessional. I went for a second opinion and a root canal did not need to be done. Save time and money and go elsewhere.

From the time we started the exam till when we left we felt comfortable. Lovely staff and great doctor. He talks you through everything and is very personable. We moved about 45 mins away but will still make the drive to see Dr. Nguyen. I gave 4 stars because after I brought my husband after I had a great visit, we had to remind the staff that we weren't being tended to and just waiting in one of the exam rooms.

Today is my 3rd visit as a first time patient and being 65 I have been to several dental appointments in my life...Sima dental is by far the best in care and quality of service...I rarely will do a review but I realize I must try to help others on the best dental office to visit... everyone from the dentist down treats me with special care....I had gone to Summit dental near Kroger on Woodforest @ Normandy and they are good...but q/ no disrespect to Summit ,,,Sima dental is like going to a place that would cost you 3 times or more as much ..but doesn't....please give them a try and find out for yourself...the treatment,care and respect you receive is hard to find where you know you made the right choice.....Best wishes and do enjoy your smile ?

Sir we get the office exterminated regularly with Preventive Pest Control and have a cleaning crew that comes weekly. We have never had anyone state they have seen any type of bugs in our office. We are a busy office yet we clean behind every patient that comes in and sterilize all of our instruments according to state guidelines. I have never had anyone say we are dirty or mentioned bugs however we will be on the look out and see where we can improve.

I never liked going to the dentist but I really wanted to start taking care of my teeth. I heard about Sima from my neighbor who said nothing but wonderful things about the entire office. I had to go and sure enough from the front desk being so warm and helpful and friendly to the back staff so funny and gentle and kind and the Dr who is wise beyond his years. He has the most gentle touch and knowledge. I ended the visit with the manager who explained treatment in a way I could understand easily and educated me on the process. She was so helpful and kind. I enjoyed my visit so much I actually can't wait to go back. This is a great dental office and they do everything in office.

Dr Reza Rahgozar, Dr Smith and staff took amazing care of me. I hadn't been to a dentist in almost 4 years and they gave me a thorough deep cleaning and evaluation. He scanned my whole mouth in 3D and is going to use the 3D scan to make some Invisalign type guards to protect and straighten my teeth. None of it hurt and was comfortable the whole time. Felt like hanging out with an old friend. His staff were kind, organized and hard working. The office was clean and proper Covid-19 precautions were being followed. Felt safe and well taken care of.

I just wanna say i have not seen a dentist in many many years. One of my molars broke and i had to go in. I chose sima and when i got there i explained that i am a big baby to pain. The dentist made sure he numbed that area very well. He kept me calm. And after it was out he numbed me again cause i was having some pain towards the front of my mouth. They wouldnt let me leave till they and i knew i was ok and pain free. Thank u again sima amd to ur dentist. He was very sweet and caring. And i really needed that.

I just called at 12 til 4. They close at 6. Asked if they could see me today and she flat out said no without offering no other options or even asking what I needed done. I said ok, thank you and she hung up.
Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience but the office was closed for the Christmas Holiday. We hope to help you with your dental needs now that we are back to our normal scheduled hours of operations.

Or serves I've ever had got their own time and had to wait around there an hour still didn't see a dentist left and frustration
