They made great recommendations but never pushed sales or products. When ever I had questions they never made me feel dumb for asking and explained it throughly. I found my dentist for life! Even though I moved farther away, I have kept going to MDRN, because they have been wonderful and consistent. The entire staff is always professional, courteous, and efficient. Dr. Stapleton is highly skilled. He had to replace one of my fillings a couple of years ago. It was so quick and painless that I thought he had not started yet when he said "all done". Kelly, the hygienist, is always so friendly, and she does excellent work.

I am 84 years old so I’ve had some experience with dentists . This is the best dental practice I’ve ever had. Dr. Stapleton is a true professional. I had two situations where most dentists would have recommended a crown. Dr. Stapleton repaired them very satisfactorily with less expensive and less invasive procedures. The practice has the most modern equipment I’ve ever seen. The entire support staff is great. Miss Kelly was my dental technician for a routine cleaning. She is so gentle and cautious. No getting stuck in the gums, no discomfort to the lips from the equipment no bleeding. Best dental tech I’ve ever had. This practice gets rated A+

What’s your first reaction when you hear “you need a root canal?” Mine too. However, Dr. Stapleton said “I know what you’re thinking and it’s not true.” It’s Tuesday and he said that it had been a month since they’d done any root canals until this week when they had three. I was the fourth - today. And it wasn’t what I thought. It was painless and quick. I was out in an hour. My bite is better. The infection will be gone. Great team. Positive attitude. No pain. Even the drill sound didn’t bother me!

So how good is this Dentist and his staff? Well I used to live in Houston and now I moved to Lake Havasu Arizona and because this dentist is so good I actually flew in to Houston JUST to go to my appointment. So what this is saying to you is I could talk all about his incredible staff. I could talk about the caring nature of everyone there. I could go on and on with how unique and special this dentist is but PROOF is that I spent a couple thousand just in travel and 3 days getting there JUST to go to this dentist. People say "put your money where your mouth is" well I can tell you I did just that and funny to say it, my mouth now is MUCH MUCH better. These guys are the model office of how all doctors should treat their patients and the staff could teach other medical professionals on how to actually care for the patients they serve. Everyone there is top notch and by the way they also use the latest medical equipment and was nice enough to explain everything to me before it happened. KUDOS to the MDRN team! Well done!

This was by far the BEST dentist office I’ve been to in yearssss! I love that it was a small and cozy atmosphere. The dentist and receptionist were all smiling faces when I arrived and left. After growing up with military dentists in the late 60's and 70's, I was terrified to go back and neglected my teeth for decades. Dr. Stapleton, and his entire staff, are genuinely calming and comforting. More importantly, they are completely non-judgemental regardless of the current condition of your teeth. I can truthfully say that you will NOT find a more gentle needle and his communication throughout the entire procedure(s) is beyond compare. I even voluntarily returned!! Please do yourself a favor and make an appointment. 12/10 recommend.

I recently had an appointment with the hygienist, Kelly, at Dr. Stapleton's office. She is such a sweet young lady and very competent. Dr. Stapleton came in afterwards to see that the cleaning was done to his satisfaction and to visit with me for a couple of minutes. The office runs on time. I wasn't in the waiting room more than 5 minutes. It is quite an inviting area with a large flat screen tv and a refrigerator full of drinks. I wouldn't have minded to have had to wait a little longer. Also, there was a small tv positioned overhead in the room where I had my teeth cleaned. When I was finished, Kelly was able to schedule my 6 month cleaning right there in the room. All very technological and efficient.

This was the best experience to a dentist I’ve ever had. I was able to get an appointment quickly, the staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. I had a root canal procedure today and dr. MDRN Dental has a Great Dentist and Great dental hygienist....let me explain....I was having issues with my bite (molars) and Dr. Stapleton recommended "Invisalign" and used advanced equipment to create a 3d model of my teeth/bite so I have no doubt my problem with my bite and teeth alignment will be fixed. as far as teeth cleaning goes at MDRN Dental....nobody has a softer hand than the hygienist Kelly...I am 52 years old and I have very sensitive teeth and gums and Kelly is very patient with me and understands my needs regarding those issues.

I Have been searching for a trustworthy Dentist for years. This practice is by far the best in the West, literally. Dr Stapelton walked me through my procedure, answered all of my questions and made me feel as comfortable as possible. My wife and kids also received services and only spoke wonders about how they were treated. My kids were so in love with his assistants they asked if I could hire them as babysitters :) If you are looking of a dentistry that makes you feel like you are part of their family rather than just a number, then you have found the right place.

Like majority of people out there, I have a huge phobia about dental procedures and going to Dentist in general. I arrived all sweaty and my anxiety was running wild but I met crew that truly knew how to treat a client like myself. Crew is professional, knowledgeable, extremely easy to talk to, and then during my 3 hours there , they made me feel comfortable, and at ease, so much so I was able to get 2 minute naps , 3 times and that was the first time ever I was able to become that relax in my least favorite place ( Dental Office lol). Choosing this practice for your dental needs is a great decision which I assure you will not regret. Give them a chance and they will make a believer out of you.

I had not been to the dentist in years because of a bad experience in the past. I walked into this beautiful dental office and every, single, person in there was nice,happy, put me at ease, and non judgmental. I missed my 1st appointment for deep cleaning and then would not go because I was afraid but they kept Reaching out to me. When I finally went, everyone was happy to see me, they remembered my name and remembered me from 2 mos prior. They did not make me feel bad, they were just happy I was there. Everyone in the office did what they could to calm me down. I was administered nitrous oxide to calm me down (I am terrified of needles) doctor Chad came in and gave me a shot in my mouth without me realizing what he had just done. I watched Netflix as I was in the chair, (because they have a television on the ceiling)I felt no pain, my hygienist constantly checked in to make sure that I was comfortable, Dr Chadd did my feelings and and this was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist.. I'm actually looking forward to going back to finish up my cleaning. I experienced no pain during or even after the procedure.. Oh and it helps That doctor Chad is fine as hell! Yes, I let him know too. LOL I highly recommend this office to anyone who's afraid of going to the dentist or anyone who just needs a dentist. The entire office staff it's friendly and fun.

I have extreme dental anxiety yet they made me feel so at ease, safe, & walked me through every step during each procedure. Surprisingly I had NO pain during my root canal. They’re all very kind, patient, & down to earth. I was in and out within very reasonable times each visit & can always get in right away. They will also go over each financial detail and created a treatment plan that accommodated my budget. I am happy to have found this place and will not go anywhere else!

I’ve been a patient for a few years and always enjoy my visits.From the receptionists at the desk, to the hygienist and dental assistant you are treated like family. When you go back to have a cleaning you’ll find there are flatscreens on the ceiling so you can have some entertainment. Today I watched “Chef’s Table” on Netflix. The hygienist is friendly and she really tries to make your cleaning experience as comfortable as possible. If you you need any dental work Dr. Stapleton makes that process simple and quick. Dr. Stapleton is definitely up on the latest techniques and I would highly recommend his office if you are looking for a dentist.

The best dental experience I have had in my life so far. I was in Houston for a conference and I chipped a tooth I had had work done on. They were thorough from the moment I was in the chair. The dentist was the first doctor to ever explain to me what was going on and I didn’t feel sold at all. I live in LA and every time I go to the dentist I feel like I’m going to the mechanic. I’m going to come back here if I can, I love how they didn’t try to give me unnecessary dental work or try to add services. Great team, amazing office, and the nicest couple behind this brand. I visited Dr. Stapleton recently for the first time. His office staff was extremely helpful scheduling and rescheduling my appointment as well as very mindful of safety precautions regarding Covid-19. I had a thorough cleaning by Kelly who was thorough yet so pleasant and actually fun. She was so careful in getting all my X-rays and imaging completed (that is important to this gagger.) Dr. Stapleton used his state-of-the-art imaging systems to identify 2 old fillings that were failing. He also was able to use the imaging to prepare a new nightguard to prevent further tooth damage. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful in assisting me to understand my options. On my second visit to repair the fillings, Dr. Stapleton, after removing the old filling, found a crack all the way through one of the 2 teeth. Without his imaging system, the crack would not have been detected by a regular X-ray . He then worked diligently to prepare for a crown placement and made sure my bite was comfortable. He also worked to get my new mouthguard to fit comfortably and properly. I absolutely recommend Dr. Stapleton and the MDRN Dental staff to anyone looking for top-notch dental care. I recently experienced a very discomfortable sensation with one of my teeth and contacted MDRN Dental. Audra and Kallie helped me schedule an appointment very quickly. Once there, Dr. Stapleton had to do some investigating with his state-of-the-art equipment into my tooth and suggested a conservative approach of replacing an old filling. Once he cleaned out the space, he was able to identify a crack in the tooth. He and Sandy, his assistant, were easily able to shift from a filling replacement to a crown preparation. Sandy is so kind and comforting, and Dr. Stapleton does a great job explaining what he is seeing and what needs to be done as well as preparing the tooth for its crown. After having a poor dentist in my past who did not do a great job with early fillings, I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a dentist who will do the right thing with your teeth both for now and for your future. Thank you SO much, MDRN Dental, for making my experience a pleasant one!

Really enjoyed my time at MDRN Dental. Everyone was in such a good mood. Which is saying something considering it was 8am. Kelly was my hygienist and was super thorough, but the entire process was completely painless. Dr. Stapleton explained everything that was going on and was really personable throughout the entire exam. Everything was very efficient, but I never felt anyone was rushing either. I don't think I was sitting and waiting for more than 3 minutes throughout my time there. Very happy I chose them for my dental care and will definitely be recommending them in the future.

I recently came to MDRN dental for a checkup and cleaning. I did my research in searching for a dentist in my area and loved their website and the way they answered my questions over the phone. The lady that answered the phone was very compassionate and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and told me about how the first visit would go. During my first visit, I met Kelly and Dr. Stapleton. They are both true professionals and treated me so great. Kelly cleaned my teeth while I was watching HGTV! She was so gentle! Afterwards, Dr. Stapleton came in and explained a few procedures that are needed to fix a couple cavities. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough. It was such a great experience and I will definitely be coming back for my next cleaning!

I don't enjoy going to the dentist but Dr Stapleton and staff go a long ways to making the experience less painful. The last few dentists I've been to were impersonal, not so here. You'll leave feeling confident that you got good work done.

Then Dr. Stapleton performed his examination and pointed to the photo of one of my teeth describing the condition of the tooth and what may need to be done in the future should the tooth develop another fissure. BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! ** I had both appointments during the pandemic and it felt so clean and safe. I am glad I didn't wait because some of the work I had done would have been much worse if I had put it off. Kelly did my cleaning and it was so painless and thorough! She was friendly and talked me through the process. Dr. Stapleton and Sandy took care of some cavities I had and it was just as amazing service. I normally hate getting this kind of dental work done but they did a great job with keeping it painless and quick! I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone! I recently switch my children from their pediatric denist to him. My son who was a nightmare to take to the denist and had dental anxiety, no longer is afraid and he likes Dr. Stapleton. Both my children said they did not want to go back to the pediatric dentist as Kelly and Dr. Stapleton are incredibly gentle and friendly. The staff is also wonderful!

Dr. Stapleton is extremely gentle and makes me feel comfortable. He is currently working on an Invisalign case for me and I can’t wait to see my results! His technology gives me a clear idea of what the results will be and it was super fast and easy!! I also had 2 cleanings with Kelly and she was amazing, super gentle and easy going! I went to see Dr. Stapleton today and my overall experience was worth 5 stars. I was greeted by all of the staff and they personally introduced themselves and were very friendly. Dr. Stapleton was very thorough with his exam and Kelly, the dental hygienist was thorough as well. They even gave me free whitening trays and my trays were finished by the end of my appointment! From the staff at the front desk, to the dental assistant to Dr Stapleton himself, this place is 5 star. I hate going to the dentist with a passion but these folks made the experience enjoyable - not a term I would use to describe a dentists office normally!
