Love the staff here, they make you feel so comfortable. Starting off with the receptionist Ashley, she is so awesome and just a pleasure to speak too. Sam, the Hygienist is just the absolute best. Although she is working in your mouth, which naturally may cause some discomfort lol. She is always asking if you’re okay, if you’re in any pain. I have been a patient of Dr. Tran for 15 years and have received excellent service on every visit. The staff are very professional and I consider them to be my extended family. A small testimony of mine is I began having seizures 19 years ago and it affected the health of my teeth and gum lines. After suffering a minor seizure attack my lower teeth were shifted and I consulted Dr. Tran on what can be done to save my teeth. She came up with a solution and my teeth are still in tact strong and healthy even unto today. Yes there are many dental businesses in the Katy area, but when you find someone who really cares about the well being of your teeth it's truly a blessing. Thanks Dr. Tran and staff you guys rock!!

Dr. Tran at FamilyKare is awful, would not allow me to go back with my then 2 years old. I personally would not trust any medical professional that don't allow parents to be present. She also told me that my daughter need see a oral surgeon to have her tooth pull because of discolor from a fall. Needless say, we seek second opinion and she just need to wait for her new tooth to come. Which is exactly what happened. Her new tooth came, and it is perfectly fine.
