Dr. Akram got me in for an emergent tooth extraction after another dentist charged me for X-rays and said my only option was an oral surgery consult. This is hands down the best dentist I have ever had in my life. My entire family goes here. They were able to help my 7 year old son (who had a previously traumatic experience with a dentist) feel completely comfortable and he is now eager to brush his teeth! I have anxiety about the dentist, but they helped calm me down and walk me through it. When I had pain, they fit me in their packed day at the end of the day. The dental hygienist told me, "Your pain is more important than us closing on time." That meant SO MUCH to me. My husband has an autoimmune disease and they even researched it prior to his 1st visit to make sure they were up to date and able to treat him completely. This office goes above and beyond the expectations of a dental office. Thank you for being there for our family!

On July 30th I visited Spring Dental Arts for a front tooth chip repair. When I was a kid my front tooth got chipped, its been repaired a few times since then. On July 27th my chip repair fell out, I called Spring Dental Arts and they said they could help, and they took my insurance. I went in, they did a quick assessment of me and got to work. Within 30 - 40 minutes my tooth looked better than it had in a long time. I was very happy with the repair. They even had time to do a cleaning on my teeth. Very relaxing setting, I wasn't stressing while my teeth were being worked on. They do great work here. Would recommend!

I was searching for a good dentist for my mom when I came across Spring Dental Arts. I saw they had good reviews so decided to take my mom. My mom has had terrible experiences in the past with various dentists and therefore has major anxiety when going to a dentist. Long story short, Dr. Qureshi immediately made my mom feel at ease during her first appointment. She took her time to explain everything to her, was gentle, and very empathetic towards her needs. She has had 2 appointments so far and left feeling good and relaxed after both visits. From the staff to the doctors, everyone is so kind and welcoming from the moment you enter. I've been living in spring for 2 years and after trying out 2 other Dental offices, this one has definitely stolen my heart. The staff are so professional, bright, & bubbly. The moment you walk through the door you feel welcome and at ease. The assistants were helpful and pleasant an the dentist was all around amazing. My teeth felt clean and looked whiter than before with photos to prove the difference. My concerns were addressed appropriately and efficiently. For the first time ever the actual Dentist, Dr. Qureshi did my entire cleaning then precisely addressed everything she discovered. Unfortunately, managing dental insurance can sometimes be very difficult, and we have to be on the phone with them for hours before we can get details of your benefits. Your insurance company recommended that we obtain pre-authorization before any treatment to ensure accurate coverage of your benefits, which is why we were unable to provide same-day service. We are sorry that you are leaving our clinic and hope you will reconsider your decision, as we pride ourselves on the care we provide to our patients and would love to provide the same to you. I went in today as a new patient and had the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Everyone from the dental assistants to the office manager and Dr. Akram was so nice and caring from the moment I arrived. They made sure I was comfortable by giving me disposable glasses so the light wouldn't bother me, lip moisturizer during the filling procedure to prevent dryness, and even a blanket when I was cold! The dental hygienist was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle during my cleaning. After a previous bad experience with my dentist, it was refreshing to meet Dr. Akram. He took the time to explain everything, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. I really appreciated that they took the time to review my care plan and go over cost and insurance coverage, as this is often overlooked in healthcare. I highly recommend this office for making me feel so comfortable!

I have called this clinic my dentist since I was a child and now, over a decade later, I am able to truly appreciate the clinic's atmostphere and the level of hospitality provided by the staff. The hygienists, dentists, and front desk reception ladies always go above and beyond to make me comfortable. Knowing that the clinic is clean, inviting, and efficient, I feel as though the denist is a nice, relaxing escape from work. Not only are the staff quick and compassionate, almost always ready to immediately take you back for your appointment, they are kind and treat you as if you are truly valued by them. Amazing dentist to go to! Dr. Akram was polite and did an amazing job during my checkup. I have problems with my teeth staining really bad and he helped offer a few different solutions that no other dentist has recommended. I also got a deep cleaning, and got my fillings done the same day. My kids were nervous about their first dental appointment but the staff made sure that my kids felt at ease every step of the way. Our hygienist explained what tools she was going to be using & what the girls were gonna feel every step of the way. I was impressed because usually the flossing part is the most traumatizing (in my opinion from all my past visits at other places) but the girls didn’t complain from pain one bit. First, the office is very clean. The staff go above and beyond COVID regulations. I know them well, since I'm a nurse. Second the staff are very friendly and nice. Pleasant! Third, I did not experience any pain. I have procedures that need to be done, but I am less afraid. All had a gentle touch. Fourth, they explained everything well.

Dr. Smith is an excellent dentist. I needed a filling replaced and a cavity filled. I was in and out of the chair in 25 minutes. The entire staff of ladies at Spring Dental Arts are great. They made my visit so easy and painless. I highly recommend Dr. Mariangela Smith.

Dr. Smith and her assistant Lynn make a great team. I had two fillings replaced. Dr. Smith was efficient, careful, confident, and personable. The process was pain free. Their hygienist Amber is superb as well.

I had an appointment today 9/21/2020. First thing I noticed walking in was how clean the office was, excellent. ALL the staff were not only very professional, but were also very kind and friendly (very important). I was greeted at the door when I first walked in (very important) by the receptionist (and billing person) Kelly. Kelly did an awesome job, before, during and after the appointment. I never felt like I was in the dark about the costs. I had a very short wait (like 3 minutes) before being escorted back to the Hygienists chair. The Dental Hygienist was awesome (sorry, I'm terrible remembering names), she totally explained everything she was going to do ahead of time and always asked my opinion before, during and after all procedures! The Dentist (Sorry on names again) came in indirectly after the Hygienist (no waiting). She asked if I had any concerns and performed her examination (No cavities, Yay!). I had a chipped front tooth that needed repair. They were happy to take care of that for me on the spot! During procedure, both the Dentist and Dental assistant (sorry name again) ensured I was comfortable and in no pain. BTW, the repair was excellent, you can't see any sign of the chip! Overall experience rating was actually a 10! Totally awesome experience (the best it can be at a Dentist office, HAHA). This was my first appointment at this office and I highly recommend this dentist office without one bit of reserve.

I have been going to Dr. Kash's office since I was a kid (Around 12 years!) and I have nothing except positive things to say. Going to the dentist is a daunting task, but they do an amazing job of making you feel like you are a part of their family. I recently moved out of Spring and make the long drive back for each appointment. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.
