My old retainer broke after years of being out of braces, and had a friend recommend MSD for a replacement. Making an appointment was easy, the office is clean and modern, and - most importantly - I was seen right at my scheduled time. They used a much more comfortable technology to capture my teeth - I was expecting the old plastic trays filled with that wet goop my orthodontist used (and usually had to redo), but instead Dr. Dillon scanned my teeth with a digital wand that took a continuous image. He explained everything clearly and was informative throughout the process. He also didn't try to upsell me on anything. My teeth had shifted slightly since I got out of braces, but I am comfortable with it and he respected that. I received my retainer shortly after the scan. MSD is exactly how a visit to the dentist should feel in 2025.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist, so after doing some research, I decided to try MSD Dental Studio. The Google reviews were already impressive, and they absolutely lived up to — and exceeded — my expectations. The office is modern, spotless, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. My appointment started right on time, and the team offered me water or coffee as soon as I walked in. Manny handled my X-rays and imaging, and he was fantastic. He took his time to get clear, accurate images. X-rays aren’t the most comfortable but Manny checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was okay. They even captured “before” photos to keep on file for future reference. It does take a little extra time, so just keep that in mind when scheduling, but I appreciated the thoroughness. Dr. Matthew came in afterward and talked through my X-rays and what I submitted on my intake form. He was thoughtful, patient, and never made me feel rushed. Even when I admitted I don’t floss regularly (oops), he wasn’t judgmental at all. He was also extremely gentle taking my gum measurements — definitely not something I can say about other practices. My cleaning with Dr. Sarah was great. She was thorough, kind, and consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable. She talked me through teeth whitening options (per my request) but never made me feel pressured to purchase. My teeth feel amazing, and I genuinely look forward to coming back in six months. I’ve already started telling my family about MSD Dental Studio — it’s rare to find a practice that’s this professional, warm, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend!

It even has televisions on the ceiling so that you can watch TV while you're getting worked on. The best part of this dentist office are the two dentists. A husband and wife team with Miami roots. I was shocked when the dentist himself called me about my appointment. They really try hard to make you comfortable. They are happy to take your call if you have questions or want to check if your insurance covers you. If you don't have insurance they have a system of discounts that make it less expensive for you. I highly recommend them.
