Horrible experience!!! I usually always have a great experience with my deep cleaning today I got a different hygienist she took about 40 minutes to insert local anesthesia it was ridiculous it never takes that long I had to stop her and walk out the way she works is horrible Carla in the front didn’t help the situation trying to tell me I haven’t came in for a deep cleaning just horrible customer service I won’t be back.

My visit to Villa Dental Paramount today was truly one of the best experiences of my life. From the very beginning, the hygienist prepared everything with great care, and I was genuinely impressed by the thoroughness of the X-rays and 3D scans. But the most remarkable part was Dr. Sim’s detailed explanations, precise treatment, and the clear guidance on how to care for my dental health moving forward. It gave me a deep sense of trust. Dr. Sim is the best!!!!! I came in for two cavity treatments. It was my first ever cavity treatment in my life so I was pretty nervous. But she gave PAINLESS injection. I didn’t feel a thing. I have been very pleased with Villa Dental. It’s been easy to get appointments to suit my schedule. I broke a tooth and was able to get an appointment right away. I had a cleaning, ex rays, evaluation, root canal and a crown. I’m very happy with the results. I still have more work to be done. I’m recommending to my wife that she gets an appointment for a cleaning and evaluation. It’s a bit of a drive for her from Huntington Beach but I think it’s worth it. You were recommended by a coworker who is also pleased with Villa Dental. I forget my Doctors name but he’s from Buffalo New York. I’m going to see if my wife can get an appointment with him. I wish I could give this practice a higher review given the work done on my teeth, but unfortunately I’m only partially satisfied due to the work of a certain dentist by the name of Dr.Sim. I have gone to getting my fillings done with her 3 times ever since I started going to this practice about October of last year and every time I’ve always had an issue with the filling not bonding properly to my tooth. I understand the 1st time given there were a good amount of filings to be done but the other two times were less work to deal with only 2-3 filings. That’s not even considering the second time I went with her was to fix the same filling that she did the first time I went with her. Even then I still had to get that filling redone with Dr. Dang who, in my opinion, is an exceptional dentist that has unfortunately had to make up for the lack of efforts of Dr. Sim. Everyone else of the staff had been nothing but accommodating and helpful with these instances I’ve had but I can’t in good conscience allow for a higher recommendation for this practice, especially for the person in question. In my eyes, I see her rushing to get my fillings done in comparison to other dentists that had to redo the same fillings from the same practice. I consider myself a patient person and understand that things won’t always go well but this is too consistent, or really unlucky, for me to believe that she can provide unsatisfactory work like this. For anyone else that goes to this office, DO NOT GO TO DR. SIM FOR ANY DENTAL FILLINGS Otherwise, a good practice that has done exceptionally well with my situation!

Worst service ever, waited over an hour for my dental cleaning, paid for the services only to be told an hour later they weren't going to do my cleaning because they were busy but I could come back next week if I'd like. Asked for a refund and all of a sudden the doctor was available to do my cleaning.

I went to this clinique and got my teeth checked. They suggested me to do a deep clean but I did not want go do it on that day. So I dediced to have a regular teeth cleaning. I was so disappointed that they did it the minimum. They only flossed and used the poweder on my teeth. They didnt even take the tartar off.

Dr. Dang Hung is a highly skilled dentist especially for cosmetic procedures, his assistants are also highly skilled & friendly. What I love most is that the billing was on point and they weren’t trying to pull a fast one on me like Most dental practices attempt to do in California. Clean, affordable, and professional. Even though Villa Dental is about 45 min drive, its worth every visit. For the past 6 years, I’ve been trying to find a dentist (in my network) that was right for me. Finally I was referred over by a friend to Dr. Dang at Villa Dental. Since day one, every single person in the office has been very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Never have I had any issues scheduling appointments and every single person that I have referred to come here absolutely falls in love with the place. I never have to wait more than five minutes when arriving to my scheduled appointment. I’ve received a thorough treatment plan (from fillings to deep cleaning) I’ve had experiences where the cleaning was extremely unpleasant, but this exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process Dr. Dang was very patient, clear on expectations, and always looked out for me if I had any discomfort or pain which I appreciate greatly. Currently I am in the process of the Invisalign treatment and so far I love it! Thank you again Dr. Dang.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Dang. I live in Huntington Beach and he had performed an implant for me a few years back at a location in Garden Grove that he used to work out. His technique was flawless then and is still flawless now. My implant became loose and I went to my local dentist thinking it was the crowned tooth next to the implant. My local guy informed me it wasn't and recommended I go back to the original dentist as he would know the best techique to re-torque the tooth as each dentist has variations on installation. Sure enough Dr. Dang uses the "old school" method which is the best method in both dentists opinion. Basically he installs a cotton layer between the crown and the implant to protect the head of the screw in case the crown needs to be removed or drill, as in my case. This prevents the screw from being damaged during drilling as the cotton is an indicator that the dentist is close to the screw and to stop drilling deeper. Great method and forethought! The reason I am so happy with Dr. Dang is the implant is perfect and the injections he gave me to numb the area prior to performing the repair were painless. Yes, PAINLESS!!! He's one of the only Dentists to ever be able to make dental work truly painless for me. This is the reason I am willing to make the drive from OC to LA. Great work, great customer and patient care and amazing warranty with a painless experience.

Definitely a waste of time !! What’s the point of making an appointment if your not seen on time here? I come 25 minutes early to fill out paper, just to be waiting 20 minutes PAST my appointment and still have no X Ray room available for me? Yet they knew what I needed coming here? There’s nothing entertaining for the patients waiting here, stuffy location with very minimum chairs here. Patients here are repeatedly going up to the window complaining asking about their appointment, why is it taking so long and they keep answering with they need a room available ..... others walked out. Same as for me I won’t be coming back here again, I’ll drive a little further for my appointments.

Their website and door says they open at 9:00am came in at that time the door was open but no one here its now 10:11 and still nothing their obviosly lying about the time they open very unprofessional or there all late

I had an extraction appointment at 12pm I get there they take x-rays then tell me to come back at 3:30pm.

The waiting area is kinda small, sits about 6 people. Fortunately when i went there was nobody there so they took care of me pretty quickly. Parking Sucks! I had to park about a block from the dentists office. If you don't have insurance like me, Id say its moderately price. The staff is kind and professional. The doctor did a good job, even though I didnt get my teeth extracted he was kind enough to explain why I had a toothache and prescribed medicine for me. Over all I had a good experience I would definitely go again and over look the minor inconvenience of parking.

I was in urgent dental need and currently with no insurance. When I called I was practically crying! First thing I asked was if they had any specials, she said 99.00 for a full check up and cleaning which is good but I only had pain on one tooth, she said come on in, lets take a look at it and find out why you are in so much pain. From the front desk to the dental assistant to the doctor they all went beyond to find out what was wrong with a caring gentle touch! I consider myself a pretty solid tough person but at that moment I was at my weakest state of senses, they did not take advantage of my situation or try to sell me. I sell for a living and hate to be sold in this situation. Bottom line I am I pretty busy person no time for social media or reviews unless an impression was made. I am surprised to be the first! definitely recommend. New customer for sure!
