This is my first review of a business ever, but I felt compelled for months to write one for this particular office. The bedside manner of the dentists were atrocious- and I never saw the same dentist twice, perhaps a big turn around? The dental hygienists and front office ladies were fine. I had an enlay done on a molar, and days after it was done I knew it wasn't right- never saw that dentist again after the procedure was done, really not sure what happened to the guy and the overall experience sucked. I take extreme care of my teeth, get my cleaning done as much as the dentist office suggests! I always get an A+ review, never have cavities, so imagine my surprise when the dentist (again a new doctor I've never seen) tries to tell me I have 3 cavities and tries to sell me on some teeth guard for grinding. lol like what??- mind you I am 42 years old, see the dentist regularly my whole life and never have been told i grind my teeth- because I don't! . This same doctor also tried to get me to get braces! Folks, I can't toot my own horn on a lot of things...but naturally straight teeth is one thing I was blessed with! At this point I have had enough of this circus office and was embarrassed I had entertained this office for 2 years! I switch dentists, and guess what -on that first cleaning, no cavities, I pass with flying colors, my teeth are freaking perfect except for one thing.... a shotty job on an enlay! When looking up this office as of today, not a lot of good headline news for them, big yikes. Enter at your own risk!

DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY TOLD HER SHE NEEDED SO MuCH WORK DONE WITH A FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH PLUS INSURANCE, TOOK HER TO ANOTHER DENTIST AND THEY TOLD HER SHE DIDN'T NEED ALL THAT WORK AND SHE DIDN'T HAVE A GUM DISEASE LIKE THEY HAVE TOLD HER HERE. THEY said SHE WAS GETTING A CLEANING DONE AND CHARGED HER $470+ DOLLARS plus whatever they billed the INSURANCE. They are just going to rip you off.

I have been going to Dreamtime Dentistry for approximately 18 months and have been completely satisfied with their services. I have had everything from X-rays to deep cleaning to crowns to dental implants done in the preceding 18 months and have certainly noticed an improvement in the health / appearance of my teeth. A few weeks back I went in for a 3 month check-up. Dr. Sarah and Marta cleaned and polished my teeth and Dr. Sarah showed me in detail another issue I had and a potential treatment to address it. They were both great and enjoyable to talk with. Dr. Sarah has a very easy going manner and took the time to address my questions and any concerns I had. The front office is fantastic as well, as afterwards Maggie and Marysol took me through my insurance charges and set up my next follow on appointment. This dental practice has fantastic people working there. I would highly recommend to anyone. I went for a cleaning this week 1-24-2023, and had another great experience, always find this office very efficient , professional, friendly , and helpful. Time for another cleaning and X-rays, Feb 2024. As always great service and professional care, Rosa at front desk was very helpful with billing and insurance info.

The staff was very nice. But..my son and I were told he needed a CAT scan, so I paid for it. I feel they didn't base the diagnosis on the scan but the little camera they put in his mouth. They also said he needed 2 teeth pulled, bone grafting, which would be $450. I left that office upset and feeling like a failure to my child. Due to not having a ton of money to shell out for his procedure. Which he only needed one tooth pulled and no extensive surgery and bone grafting

Excellent teamwork in office and with lab, good communication so I could make decisions about my care, loving the end result after 12 months and: a temporary bridge made, a bone graft, an implant & gum graft (completed somewhere else by an oral surgeon), and finally the new permanent solution: 3 new caps. GET x-rays sent/given to you directly!!! Almost a big "oops". Why would a medical/ dental organization reply to a disgruntled customer/patient in this way.....as the review I read??? I feel it's a scam when my child's dentist referred us here after we asked for proof and now I see such reviews AND such an awful response. Not professional and disturbing given the context. I know this happens a lot; that dentists rely on partnerships. But our child's new dentist was adamant about general anesthesia which their company had done previously...same amount of work as was going to be done this time.. Suddenly after I asked to have x-rays given to me so that I could have evidence of my child's dental health they sent me here. Seems like the partnership is both parties can co-inside in misinformation. At this previous dentist we had some issues with not getting proof of random work needing to be done at the last minute. We learned from this by requiring proof before and during! The way this is shady that the previous dentist not only told me they could not give me the x-rays and then they refer me to their pals at Dreamtime that seem to have similar shady practices....HECK NO! If Dreamtime dentistry's response to the one-star comment was professional and sounded like it came from a sane understanding person (or company confident in their practice's ethics)...MAYBE I'd consider the hassle. I need evidence before I get dental treatment, not ONLY during. There are so many ways to falsify documentation of what work a child needs if done only then. People need to stop feeling pushed around by these people just because they have degrees. Plenty of chumps have degrees. There's much better out there that we have seen!

I drive 37 miles from San Diego , CA because this dentist place is the only place where my child has ever felt comfortable to get service. This alone is a testimony to how well the staff / dentist and hygienist vibes are when we come every time. At the end you get to go into the magical treasure box for doing well!! What can I say I love this place the best dental service Dr.Watkins is a good dentist. My daughter has special needs and cannot get anything done at a "regular" dentist. The staff here is amazing, so kind and willing to work with my daughter and her needs. She can get her dental work under general anesthesia without having to go to a hospital. I highly recommend if you have a child with special needs!

My son had a terrible accident and not only did the Dentist return my phone call at Midnight and instruct us what to do overnight but had us come in 1st thing in the morning. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful through the process and my son is doing a lot better. I am TERRIFIED of the dentist due to some crazy experiences as a child but from the moment I walked in the entire staff was terrific! They walked me through the treatment process and pricing before we got started and they even had an ipad set up so I could watch a movie while getting my fillings done.

How often would you say that you’re excited to visit the dentist? If the answer is never, then you clearly have never been to Dreamtime. A very friendly staff is there to make sure you have a great time. If you’re looking for a nice teeth cleaning experience, need a tooth pulled, or cavity filled, Dreamtime is there for you, judgement free. I’m glad i picked them off my insurance list many years ago! If you’re looking for a mew dentist, give them a shot. You can’t go wrong.

Dreamtime has been my kids dentist for a couple of years. My older son was not blessed with great teeth and Dr Watkins was amazing with a couple procedures where Ryder had to be sedated and I was nervous both times but they reassured me and was over extremely fast. Logan my other son has never had a cavity but has grinding issues and had a scooter accident where he chipped a front tooth. Dr. Phan was incredible and she made the tooth like flawless. The staff is extremely friendly as well.

I can't believe grownup me is saying this, but I enjoy coming to the dentist! Logistics are super easy, whether booking and modifying appointments via email, phone, or the online ZocDoc system; scheduling is a breeze. I've never had a problem parking during the weekday lunch hour either. All my services have been great, from cleanings, xrays, mouth-guard fitment, etc. Dr. Phan is clearly skilled at her job, and together with Marta they take great care of me. The social atmosphere makes this place stand out as a dental office, as everyone is very personable and friendly. Everything from procedures to billing very clearly explained, and getting in and out of here just seems so simple. As long as I work/live in North County, Dr. Phan will be my go-to!

I have had some bad experiences at the dentist. NOT HERE i am going on my 4th appointment and I have no complaints. They make sure you are comfortable during ur entire visit. Wait time is little to none. Getting an appointment is quick and easy. I am recommending them to friends and family!

Best dental experience I've had. The day of my first visit they did x-rays, a consult for fillings and my cleaning. I just finished the second of my two sessions for fillings with Dr. Phan. She made the experience quick and as painless as possible. Pricing with my insurance was very inexpensive! I'll be back for my cleaning in 6 months :-)

I've always been a little bit scared of going to the Dentist but Dreamtime Dentistry has definitely been my best experience. I had fillings and a cleaning done and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable, it's the first place I've been to with a massage chair and iPad with headphones on while you get a procedure, definitely a great distraction.
