Dr. Janet Schrodi is an amazing doctor. No complains about her. But her staff today was extraordinarily rude especially the one who was doing the routine cleanup of my kid who has high resistance to pain, doesn't cry unless something is really really hurting. Ive been taking my child to TLC at Chatsworth for a few years now and ive found the staff friendly and the dentists caring and patient. They're also haven't tried to upsell which I appreciate. She recently chipped a tooth. I was pretty sure it didn’t need to be repaired now but wanted to make sure. The dentist reassured me that it was safe to leave it alone until she was grown up and save it for a veneer if she really didn't like the look of it. I really appreciated that.
