Absolutely blown away by my experience at Pierce Aesthetics. The office is extremely modern and large and they have state of the art technology. The whole team was extremely communicative and answered all my questions. I commuted from LA after getting a referral from a trustworthy friend and I will continue to do so!

I had very good experience with Root canal! Well organized, the dentist is doing surgery gently and really cares about how the patient is feeling! The ones helping with x-rays and preparations are very friendly as well. Also they have great facilities and perfect environment to make the experience enjoyable! My only compliant is the dental cleaning part, the senior aged Asian woman dentist (not the dentist who did root canal) seems in rush doing all the cleaning and leave my tooth even bleeding after completion and no reminder of gargle. She was not good at communicating as well, no heads up of completion, very crude, making the experience so bad. Not sure if she is an outsourced staff or so as I’ve visited there 3 times and every time I left with satisfaction - this is the only time I felt this way. With that being said, I still have great experience overall especially the root canal part.

I just had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Liu.. He was nice and he patiently took the time to explain to me all of the procedures I need. The staff at Pierce Aestetics Dental Group were great and they made me feel comfortable while being there. They have a state of the art facility and I would recommend them to everyone.

WOW! Super impressed with how well my dental appt went today! I am TERRIFIED of the dentist & hadnt gone in years, so I new that I needed to get checked up bc some of my teeth where sensitive & I feared I had to get a root canal. I did my research and foind Pierce Aesthetics and set up an appt to get my cleaning done and get checked out & let me tell you, it went amazing! I was way more nervous that I had to because Dr. Pierce was so nice and comforting, he automatically put me at ease! Dr. Pierce is so kind and takes the time to explain everything in simple terms. I went in for an implant consult and he gave me his honest opinion about trying to save the tooth. I always felt like he was recommending the best path for me, rather than whatever was the most expensive treatment. On the day that I’ll be extracting and doing an implant (hopefully many years from now if all goes smoothly), I’ll definitely be coming here.

Mar 28-2023 was my 2nd visit, for cleaning the staff are all nice and accommodating, this time hygienist was one of the Doctors she was gentle and did a great job, spent lots of time cleaning and then her assistant did polish my teeth they both took their time and did not cut any corners I am happy I transferred my dental work to this office

I found this office online and called because I had a horrible toothache. They got me in the same day. Dr Pierce is amazing!! I was pretty sure I had a failing root canal and would need another root canal or implant. Dr Pierce explained everything in detail and even suggested I get second opinions. I am mortified of going to the dentist and I felt very comfortable amd relaxed with Dr Pierce. I left with antibiotics to tide me over until I decided if I wanted a root canal retreat or an implant and to get second opinions. I can not express the peace of mind I left the office with. I will be doing an implant with Dr Pierce and feel very calm about doing so. I would normally be having constant anxiety because the dentist office is the last place I ever want to be. The staff is absolutely amazing as well!!! Everything about this office is perfect. I never thought I’d say I’m looking forward to going to the dentist however, I’m looking forward to going back.

Dr. Lu and the staff here are so incredibly talented. I have never really enjoyed going to the dentist but that changed once I switched to this office. Dr. Lu was very gentle and thorough. Front desk very nice.. The best part he is not pushy to do the most expensive treatments, he is sensitive to one's financial limitations. I have had several visits to Pierce Aesthetics and highly recommend this practice. It has everything you need-routine dental care as well as orthodontics and dental implants, all within the same office and amazing technology. Not to mention an amazing staff and top level of care from the dentists to the front office staff. I just had a dental implant performed by Dr Pierce using the Yomi robot technology. It was pain free, and quick and Dr. Pierce takes the time to explain everything. I was amazed that healing time was minimal and no additional pain. It became apparent that it was time for me to go to the dentist and have a bunch of work done, so I was looking for someone who offered IV sedation and they do! However the reality is this dental office is truly amazing! They are so kind and so caring and so patient and so gentle, I could not be any more impressed and I will tell everybody I know to go to this dental office! I’ve met the two main dentists and they are both so kind, and very intelligent. They also have the newest technology and it’s really impressive what you can see with all that information! 10stars!!!

Second time here. I Always feel confident with Dr.Pierce and his staff. They’re legit, realistic and don’t try to swindle you! I moved and was no longer under his care- and after a questionable experience with another dentists- I called him and they asked me to come in for a second opinion. So I drove from Long Beach down to the office. His exam showed the other recommend work needed from the other dentists office, was not valid. I trust his experience, knowledge and recommendations. I don’t feel like a $$$ sign and feel like an actual person here!

This dental experience was very bad. First of all, I just wanted a dental veneer, but you said I have cavities. Grinding my original teeth into an awl shape is not a complete tooth. If there are cavities, this is not the way to treat them. The second time, a piece of the first veneer fell off as soon as it was put on. This is too exaggerated. What kind of quality is this? The third time, the size of the tooth was inappropriate [Oh my God]. Every time, a lot of anesthesia was applied. This time, the anesthesia has not passed yet. It's so uncomfortable. Anyway, I'm very disappointed with your technology.

The place is super clean and lovely. All the assistants, front desk workers and doctors are very nice and professional. I am glad that I found this place for my wisdom teeth extraction, they made me less nervous and I am healing well from the surgery now. Wanna say Thank you all! If you see this. :)

Everyone from front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist is amazing here! Very friendly, encouraging, and informative. They never give you a hard time, instead they are encouraging and educate you so you know how to stay on top of your oral hygiene. So anyway, I’ll be investing in a water pick and I’m excited to even use it. Lol! Lastly, it’s pretty hi-tech. X-rays are easily taken (including 3-D imaging) and can be done without any pain. My last dentist was pretty old school, so this comes as quite a relief. The hygienist Amanda is also very sweet and did an AMAZING job with my cleaning. She was great with giving advice and very warm and attentive. I highly recommend this place!

I had an emergency when I awoke one morning a week ago. Half of my face was quite swollen and very obviously there was a horde of prokaryotes feasting on me. So I opted to get it checked at Pierce Aesthetics. Their space is impeccable and the staff are top notch professionals. No one likes the anxieties surrounding the prospect of surgery, but i was alleviated with how it went. I just had my follow up appointment and my hero, Dr. Emily, says that I’m healing up nicely with no complications. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the staff and the service at Pierce Aesthetics.

I chose to go to Pierce Aesthetics in September after my family dentist informed me my teeth may need extractions/emergency treatment. I was nervous, but the staff has been excellent and the facility is very clean and spacious. They have made me feel at ease throughout and I am currently recovering from having my teeth extracted. They also performed a root canal and fillings with little to no pain. I am waiting for my gums to heal to begin the next steps, but so far I am happy with the results. At the beginning of a long, four-day holiday weekend, I experienced a dental emergency for which my usual dental provider was unable to manage. Desperate, I searched for and called several providers who might be able to help me. Pierce Aesthetics was the only office that responded to my texts and/or voicemails. The office manager kept in constant contact with me over the weekend and got me in first thing Monday morning to see Dr. Pierce. What a phenomenal experience following my long holiday weekend ordeal! I cannot thank the entire office enough and definitely going to change my entire dental care to them.

I can't say enough about the quality of care I receive from everyone in this dental office. Dr. Pierce is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. He takes so much time with his patients and discusses everything in detail. He's super friendly, open and easy to talk to. He makes you feel like you're a friend stopping by his house to say hello. I did the extraction, implant, and cleaning there this year. I'd like to say I am lucky to have found such a good dental office. They were the best dental experiences I have ever had. Many thanks to Dr. Pierce! Also he is the best and most pleasant Doctor I have ever talked to... Just had another implant visit a year after the 1st one. This time it was for the TWO implants at my old bridge area. Again, the whole process exceeded my expectation. I've heard many unpleasant stores about tooth implants, but this procedure at Dr Pierce's office is more like a breeze to me. The location was a bit difficult to find, but the doctor was really good. He not only found my tooth decay, but also my sinus problems. The translator was very considerate, explained the problem and solution to me in detail, and also gave me some ideas for my next treatment. Very considerate and helped me save a lot of money. I wanted to find a dentist around the Tustin Legacy area. After an online search, I decided to visit Pierce Dental Group. First of all, I was in awe of how nice the office was. It's basically a whole wing of a building. My cleaning was done thoroughly and efficiently. Being that the office is a 5 minute drive from my house, I intend to go there on a regular basis from now on.

Best dentist in Tustin. I went in for my regular check up since I was having so many headaches and Dr. Pierce was Very pleasant and professional. He recommended me to try a Botox treatment and since then I’ve been so much better. I would recommend this place ? %

This review is long overdue. I had been having terrible jaw pain that was continuing to get worse by the week. It caused painful headaches, neck and shoulder issues, and made daily life not as enjoyable as it could be. I started researching TMJ, and then treatments for it. I saw that Botox was an option to help stop the jaw from clenching. I knew that I wanted an oral surgeon to do this procedure because of the complexity of the area. I called Pierce Aesthetics to see if they offered this service and how to go about making an appointment. Ginnie helped me get an appointment and was so kind and helpful. For my appointment, I was greeted by the friendly staff and Dr. Pierce. He was incredibly professional, thorough, and very kind during the appointment. He went above and beyond examining my jaw and making sure that he was creating the best treatment plan for me. It was decided that Botox would indeed significantly help reduce the TMJ pain, but also added a night guard to prevent clenching at night when I had most of my issues. I had a mold taken that day as well. A couple weeks later I returned for my night guard and minor adjustments were made so that it was the perfect fit for me. It has been about a month or so now and I'm so happy I went to this office, because my jaw pain is completely gone! I know I will continue to come to this office for any Ortho/dental needs I may have in the future. Again, everyone in the office and Dr. Pierce are extremely friendly, welcoming and professional! I would recommend them to anyone!

I tried the place out with a basic cleaning and loved everything from the professional staff to the high tech equipment and best dentist in Tustin, Dr. Sean Pierce! I've done everything from fillings, teeth whitening, zirconia crowns, and even a dental implant! A Yomi ROBOT was used to accurately place the implant, always under the dentist's control along with his dental assistant and Yomi operator. I'm an invisalign and dental implant patient at Pierce Aesthetics. They are AMAZING! I've been a patient of Dr Pierce for over five years. I followed him from his old office to this new one. I honestly cannot be more satisfied with the service that have been provided. My orthodontist, Dr Dang also is at Pierce Aesthetics (also from previous office). I started Invisalign in July 2020 - it was delayed by covid. Its been only three months and I can see already see a big change. This is my first orthodontic adventure. I never needed it before until my teeth shifted so that they were no longer aligned with my implant on my front bottom tooth. Since you can't move the implant, and I got it 14 years ago, the Invisalign will move my teeth back to when I was 14 years younger...and I will literally have PERFECT teeth! I'm really excited to go through this process with the dental team that I feel is really excellent. I am scared of Dentists. I am only a tiny bit nervous with Dr Pierce and his staff. That's saying A LOT because before the Pierce Aesthetics, the Dentist had to prescribe me a valium to take for my appointment. This is no longer the case!! This is an excellent office that is modern and new with all the latest technology. I highly recommend it. They are also multilingual.

Dr. Pierce is the best! I’ve been struggling with and jaw/neck pain for the past 3 years due to my TMJ and subconscious clenching at night. When I first stepped into the office I thought i walked into the wrong one, it was super clean and spacious. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr Pierce and his staff were all friendly and not pushy at all. They made me feel really comfortable. I really enjoyed all of their new hi-tech equipment, the previous dentist i went to had old equipment which made feel like they weren't up to date with anything. Highly recommend Dr Pierce.

Dr. Pierce is exceptionally knowledgeable and a joy to be around. Best dentist by far for dental implants. They have a dental implant robot that assists Dr. Pierce, which I've never seen before . I would recommend this office to anyone. Technology out of this world.

I have been diagnosed with palate cancer back in 2014. They removed my palate as well as 3 of my top molars on one side to keep me at low risk. It has been a pain to find a dental office willing to work with me because of my medical history. I have been literally rejected by all of the Gentle Dental franchise offices and several other dental offices covered by my insurance. This forced me to go years without any dental checkups. I felt helpless. I felt I was going to lose all my teeth, one by one because nobody would help me. Pierce Aesthetics’ dental staff were willing and able to remove my impacted wisdom teeth as well as conduct regular checkups. I feel very comfortable being a patient here and they are great at what they do. I am so thankful they were able to help me. I appreciate everyone at Pierce Aesthetics. Dr. Pierce did an implant and crown on one of my canines. The result is fantastic, and he was able to save the adjacent bridge. He's smart, personable and does great work with state of the art equipment and a very competent staff in a beautiful office. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
