My mom put this treatment off for years and she was always saying later. I went with her and the place was organized and you could tell they really know what they are doing with full mouth implants. The teeth in a day process went very well. She a was a little swollen but nothing unexpected. Now that everything has healed and she has her teeth she is really happy and you can see it on her face.

I had a consultation for possible dental implant few days ago at All on 4 Dental Implant Center in Irving, Texas. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They showed their new state of the art implant facility, and explained throughly the whole process of the surgery. For patients who worry about the surgery, they will be under anesthesia. The patient will have their temporary teeth on the same day (their lab in the facility); the permanent teeth will be fitted after 2-3 months. So far it is the most affordable dental implant center in DFW area which offer different financing choices. Looking forward for my implant

This is the place one wishes for! After doing much homework & even visiting the more well advertised places because of price & location, I decided on Dallas All on 4 Dental Implant Center. It was one of the better decisions I have ever made. The doctor is fantastic, personable, & more importantly, the staff are efficient. I didn't feel a thing. I haven't gotten my final set of uppers, but my facial features already make me look younger, I'm told. The 'sunken' in look of my mouth was slowly repaired by the full mouth dental implants. My upper lip is back! I bruised a bit after the initial surgery, but I bruise easily as it is, and I would do it again, (WILL do it again for my lowers) for the freedom gained by losing the dentures. Highly, Highly recommend for their honesty, but more importantly, their skills in their dedicated fields. Will be back for final update after I get my permanent set.

She was excellent and she got my teeth looking pearly white! The doctor also was perfectly straightforward and let me know any issues about my teeth. I just completed my last visit at Dallas All On 4 Dental Implant Center for both upper and lower arches. Every visit was professional, friendly, and no wait time!! The dentists are experts, take pride in their work, and are perfectionists! My bite is perfect, fit is perfect! No rubbing, no complications! Initially I was hesitant about getting all my teeth pulled but had minimal pain and minimal swelling afterwards, rated the discomfort a 2/10. Everything went smoothly. The first person I met to discuss this procedure and costs was Kimberly. She answered all my questions and was honest and trustworthy. Everything she said was spot on and she made the entire process relaxing and reassuring. I researched at least 6-7 different facilities, one in Costa Rica, another one in Vegas, but they did all in one day. That doesn’t account for swelling or complications and the fit is so much better getting temporary dentures first to allow the swelling to go down, etc. I would highly recommend Dallas All On 4 Dental Implant Center for your permanent dentures. I am very happy I did and I am sure you won’t find a better facility for your dental implants!!

It’s been just about four days since my surgery, and I must say, the surgeon and staff did an incredible job. I hardly feel any pain, except for at night, which is mostly just pressure. I’m quite swollen, but that’s expected, and it’s going back to normal quite quickly. Surprisingly, I haven’t had any bruising. I was expecting my entire face to turn purple, but that didn’t happen. They pulled all 32 teeth and placed 8 implants in just 4.5 hours. The staff is incredibly gentle, sweet, and overall amazing. They never made me feel judged or negative about myself. They answered all my questions, and even my mom’s questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering all-on-4 implants. I can’t wait to customize and get the permanent set. The temporary set already looks fantastic, and I’m just so excited to finally be able to talk to people and smile again.

Went to AO4 today for a cleaning and check up. I had to wait a little longer than I anticipated getting in, but I suppose that’s to be expected with medical offices. Once they were able to see me, they had me in and out in no time. Got my x-rays and teeth cleaning from one of the dental technicians, then a quick examination from the doctor before heading out. The staff was particularly cheerful and pleasant.

The procedure was smooth, but the staff ensured the nerves were calmed and I knew my husband would be taken care of. Kimberly clearly and eloquently explained the entire process and answered every phone call, text or question. Echo ensured the entire procedure was comfortable and provided some of the best post op patient care in the industry. Natasha helped to bring the nerves down and gave recommendations for recovery.
