My son's teeth look great after Phase 1 Invisalign. They have been taking care of all my children's dental and orthodontic needs for a few years, and we have had no problems with their office staff, dentists, and orthodontists. They are great with kids, and the billing is clearly explained. The weekend and late afternoon availability is really helpful.

Ive been taking my child to TLC at Chatsworth for a few years now and ive found the staff friendly and the dentists caring and patient. They're also haven't tried to upsell which I appreciate. She recently chipped a tooth. I was pretty sure it didn’t need to be repaired now but wanted to make sure. The dentist reassured me that it was safe to leave it alone until she was grown up and save it for a veneer if she really didn't like the look of it. I really appreciated that.

Was looking to start Invisalign and happened to see TLC, which was down the street. They were able to work out great pricing for me and a good plan to straighten my teeth. Shout out to Dr. Kim and Ms. Alana who are the best! Great customer service, flexible and make me feel comfortable every time I stop by. Easy to make and reschedule appointments. Treatment plan went a LOT longer than originally explained. All the doctors and assistants are really nice but you’ll see a different person every appointment. My results were decent, my smile is straight but my bite seems off although was told the bite should “settle”after a while so I’ll keep you posted. I expected they would whiten my teeth after the treatment was finished for that “new smile” look like some doctors offer. All in all a decent experience.

About appointments...every doctor has a set schedule and is at the office the same day every week. So for example, I am at the Chatsworth office every Wednesday. We too love continuity of care and so we do our best to schedule patients with the same doctor.

Dr. Janet Schrodi is an amazing doctor. No complains about her. But her staff today was extraordinarily rude especially the one who was doing the routine cleanup of my kid who has high resistance to pain, doesn't cry unless something is really really hurting. The dental hygienist made my kid cry and did not do much till I intervened. I asked her not to put the sharp tool in his mouth for this session as I lacked confidence in her cleaning style and behavior. After 2-3 mins of my saying, she brings another sharp tool into his mouth, and when I stood up to check what she was doing. To my surprise, she screams at me saying all sorts of nonsense. I was taken back a bit, then I told her to stop this session and finish up. I don't think she should be allowed to do any sort of dental cleaning job and she has no idea how to interact with a parent. Really disappointing. I have recommended this place to many but after this experience, I don't think I can recommend this place to anyone in right conscience.

Today I brought my special needs son in for a routine cleaning. 18 months ago we tried to get a full set of x-rays, but we soon realized it wasn’t going to happen. Today, the hygienist was confident that she could get them. She was amazing! She knew exactly how to explain the process to my son. She gave him time, gave him visuals, appropriate praise and patience. I love all the staff at TLC for Smiles, but she is now my favorite. I’m so happy to have found a dentists office who respects my son and understands his special needs.

Absolutely fantastic people and service, I wish I could give them a thousand stars! As an adult Invisalign patient I cannot recommend them highly enough! Each doctor and staff member I have encountered has been so friendly and knowledgeable, the front desk staff is so welcoming and make the paperwork part seamless and easy. Many of the staff I’ve talked to have used Invisalign themselves and have made me feel completely at ease and never ever embarrassed about my wonky teeth. The pricing is great, the initial consultation was free and they regularly have deals, Dr J also referred me to a wonderful oral surgeon, these are trustworthy good people who truly care about their patients.

The new office is so nice. I love the private rooms and how clean everything is. The biggest reason we love TLC smiles is the staff. I Really ENJOY coming here! My sister and Two brothers both came here to get there braces done and told me how their experiences were and how Great Dr.Schrodi was. When I went to get my braces I also thought she was very cool and nice and her staff were also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. At first I thought I was gonna get some braces, but Dr. Schrodi recommended Invisalign! I can’t wait to see my results and I think it’s gonna be great. We look forward to every visit to TLC! This new location is GORGEOUS. It's so private and spacious. TLC has gone to great measures to ensure that everything is sanitized. They even have 2 pen holders at the front desk, one for sanitized pens and one for used pens. A+ for doing things the right way in every aspect of our treatments. The staff is professional and have really done a great job with making sure everything is runs smoothly. They've treated 3 of my kids with great results. I'll definitely be back soon with my 4th baby. Highly recommended!

I recently began my Invisalign journey and Since my first visit I had a great experience. From the front desk staff to the people helping me, everyone is SO NICE! I’ve always had bad experiences at dentist (always mean and unpleasant) but this place is different and is so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a new dentist. On top of the great service the technology they use is so cool! I can see my weekly updates as well as my weekly/ monthly progress. 15/10 would recommend this place!
